OVERVIEW
Daniel M. Katlein joined Allard & Fish, P.C. in 1997, where he primarily handles matters involving bankruptcy, out of court workouts and liquidations, and real estate. Dan’s bankruptcy practice has included the representation of creditors, creditors’ committees, debtors, and trustees in chapter 11 cases in a variety of industries, including service, retailing, manufacturing and telecommunication, as well as the representation of debtors and trustees in numerous commercial and consumer chapter 7 cases. Dan’s real estate practice has included the representation of purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, as well as the negotiation of leases for both landlords and tenants. An AV rated lawyer since 1999, Dan is admitted to practice in Michigan and Colorado.
